    Day 1: CUSCO - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO

    This tour will start with a very early pick-up at 3:15am from your hotel in Cusco City to take you to the train station of Ollantaytambo from where you will take the expedition train to Aguas Calientes. Once at Aguas Calientes, your guide will take you to the bus stop where you will take the bus to Machu Picchu. At Machu Picchu you will be guided by a professionally licensed guided tour for a total of 2 hours.

    After your guided tour, you will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes where you will have time to enjoy  lunch at a local restaurant (not included). You will also have time to explore this small town (you may visit the butterfly research center or the local museum.) In the late afternoon, you will take the expedition train back to Cusco. Once in Ollantaytambo, transportation will be provided to your hotel in Cusco.
