Restaurant La Perla de las Flores was born in 1974 thanks to the initiative and talent of the spouses Mr. Manuel Flores Garay and Mrs. Gloria Yaipén Chafloque who participated in the second edition of the FEXTICUM in the city of Monsefú with an "awning" or "Ramada" selling typical foods and drinks to the delight of visitors to the fair that then took place in the main square of the district.

The Flores Yaipén family had a house on Av. Venezuela in the district of Monsefú where a small winery operated, and in 1983 they decided to formally establish the Restaurant, for which they set up two tables and chairs for the customers, thanks to the great reception they received from customers in the district and after the province of Chiclayo, little by little, they expanded the premises until they were ready to accommodate the large number of clients that came from different parts of the department and from Peru.

Thanks to the visionary talent of the family was that they decided to buy a piece of land in the city of Chiclayo with a view to the construction of what is now the Restaurant La Perla de las Flores in the city of Chiclayo, this dream was fulfilled in 2003 , year in which it opened its doors in the city of Chiclayo counting on a modern infrastructure and a varied menu for the delight of our wide and distinguished clientele, specializing in dishes and drinks typical of the region.
