THE RESTAURANT FIESTA MIRAFLORES LIMA GOURMET
Always in July, on the 7th of the year 1996, we inaugurated the Fiesta de Miraflores.
With the prestige at the top in the city of Chiclayo, we had no other, we had to think of something bigger, and we did it. A long process of activities in the Capital of Peru that went hand in hand with our daily work in Chiclayo, trained us to embark on this adventure that took us to glory.
Many Five Star Hotels of the Capital were our training centers and with the generous diffusion of National TV Channels, via microwaves, all of Peru and the international scope learned about this Colossus of Peruvian Gastronomy.
Today, it continues to shine with its own light and every day creating new excellences that definitely contribute to raising the level of our Kitchen.
